Who Decides What People Are Worth?
Skills & The Future of Opportunity
In an era of AI and constant change, human value and experience are becoming more important than ever. Organizations are making calls about people every day. Who gets opportunities? Who gets invested in. Who is seen as ‘high potential.’ For years, those calls have been based on titles, credentials, and pedigree. Skills change the game!
This keynote looks at how value is determined and why this moment matters. Through the skills you help surface, build, and put into action, you are shaping who gets seen, who gets stuck, and how new possibilities become reality.
